Planning and Implementation Advisory of An Integrated Client Service Facility 
Client: Namibia Investment Centre (NIC), Republic of Namibia

This advisory consultancy was delivered to assist the Namibia Investment Centre the planning and implementation of the Integrated Client Services Facility as part of the efforts to improve Namibia ranking in Ease of Doing Business.

Seminar on "Advancing Business Climate through Public Service Transformation"
Client: CEPICI, Agency for Investment Promotion in Côte d’Ivoire

This two-day seminar is delivered to share our expertise in e-government to train the senior government official of Côte d’Ivoire in planing their public service transformation.

Training programme on Managing Requirements
Client: United Overseas Bank Limited, Singapore

This two-day training programme was delivered to train business analysts and project managers of UOB.  It applied the experiential learning approach to impart critical skills and enrich the learning in an intensive delivery style to make topics such as project scoping, requirements planning, requirements elicitation and documenting functional requirements come to life.

Feasibility Study of Customer Base in Mauritius
Client: vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd, Singapore

This nine-month consultancy service is conducted in partnership with vCargo Cloud (VCC) to determine the demands and potential customer base in Mauritius as part of the expansion plan of VCC.  This study helped to identify the underlying conditions and factors for VCC to make informed decisions of the business expansion. 

 

Competency-Based Training and Assessment Workshop
Client: Institute of Systems Science, National University of  Singapore

This workshop is designed to cater to participants who intend to take on the roles of a curriculum developer, assessment developer or assessor. The participants of this workshop gain the knowledge and fundamental skills and to design competency-based training programmes and assessment plans.

Advisory to the Mauritius National Identity Scheme (MNIS) Project 
Client: Government of the Republic of Mauritius

This more than 2.5 year advisory service is provided in partnership with Singapore Cooperation Enterprise to provide advisory, support, consultancy and other services to support government activities in implementating and deployment of a smart-card based electronic identification system for the citizens of Mauritius.
